Livesey in the early 1960's with an initial focus on investing in multi-family residential projects. Mr. Livesey learned the true meaning and value of a hard day's work by regularly working 70-plus hours per week in his commercial painting business. With steadfast determination he built Livesey Painting into one of the largest commercial painting businesses in Wisconsin before selling it to focus on his true passion developing commercial real estate. After a few short years of buying and developing apartment properties in the Madison area, Mr. Livesey decided to turn his attention toward retail and office development.
