Tom came to give a quote on a new furnace. After receiving the quote I called with some quick questions and he immediately yelled "we don't want to work with you!" and hung up.

We have had two service calls since we bought our house in August. Both times Tom's has sent out a technician promptly to address our needs. Couldn't ask for anything more.
