Established in 2002, The Oaks is a four-story, wood frame building that includes over 90 apartments spread over 1,000 to 2,000 square feet of space. Oakwood Village West Life Lease Apartment Homes is a part of Oakwood Village, which is a Lutheran, church-sponsored organization for senior citizens. Founded in 1947, the parent organization also manages memory care and independent and assisted living facilities.
