We deliver a wide range of personalized services, including health physicals, screening tests, and treatments for existing health conditions.

Charles Spelich, DO, is a family medicine physician with Ascension Medical Group; he is board-certified in family medicine and sports medicine. He provides acute chronic and preventative care for patients age 2 and above. His special interest include all areas of sports medicine, including concussion management. Dr. Spelich also has a strong interest in preventative care. He has covered numerous athletic events including the Chicago Marathon, WNBA basketball, Frontier league baseball and numerous high school events, including a stint as team physician for Argo High school in suburban Chicago. Outside of the office, Dr. Spelich enjoys spending time with family and friends, golf and following sports.

My goal is to partner with my patients throughout their lives to optimize their health and well being. I consider it an honor to support them during the joyful times as well as the challenging times. I enjoy traveling, reading, cooking, and spending time with my husband and three children.
