History

The Fitness Connection in Tomah was established in 1983 and the current owner acquired the business in 1996. This is a family owned business that focuses on customer service, support and motivation to help you reach and maintain your fitness goals while providing a warm and friendly atmosphere.

Fitness that fits your busy lifestyle & budget! We have daily, weekly, monthly, 3 month, 6 month and annual membership fees with discounted rates for high school and college students. No long term contracts required and no hidden fees. Introductory personal training sessions are included to set up a personalized workout program. Longer term Personal Training is available with a certified trainer. Fitness classes are also included with your membership. Current classes include: Step Aerobics Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday mornings from 8-9am and Zumba on Wednesdays at 6:15pm. Our facility has cardio, free & pin select weights, full shower & locker rooms, sauna and a children's playroom. Join our supportive & motivational environment!
