The Fermentorium Brewery & Tasting Room

Here at The Fermentorium not only do we craft innovative beers but also innovative space. With over 2500 square feet, we’ve created a haven for you and your closest friends to sample amazing beer while enjoying each other’s company. Your room comes fully equipped with twenty-four taps dispensing a bountiful amount of styles, some familiar and some crafted for exploration...but all from Wisconsin. A long bar made of ambrosia maple beckons you up with knowledgeable beer specialists ready to customize your craft beer experience. Seating is abundant and offers views of inside the brewery or you can peruse around the perimeter taking in the art wall gallery. Those looking for more action can grab a classic game from our cabinet or head into our production/event space for a round of bags or pool. If you decide you love our brewery just as much as we do, there is a fully stocked merch area and large to-go beer cooler that will allow a piece of us to travel home with you.
