30 minutes in the drive-thru and haven't reached the speaker. I placed my order through the app to expedite the process. Obviously, this did not happen. This place sucks!

I mean i like the food but i wanted to order the "New" Watermelon Berry freeze but it's discontinued. Why do they have it on the screen saying it's new but it's discontinued? Makes no sense

workers don't pay attention to orders. super super slow service, took 20 minutes for a freaking taco. ran out of beef 5 hours before closing. black hair in food.
