went in for a polish change took them an hour, the person next to me got a full set and finished 15 min faster. I was charged $50 for just a polish change, I could have gotten a full set for $60...

Everytime I go there usually wait 20-30 min after scheduled appt. Nails break too easy. nice people. I think they have changed so much since they opened quality of service has gone down hill.
