Do not bring your loved one to live here!! I come in the evening, after all the staff has gone home. The residents are ignored, the rooms are filthy, laundry "disappears", call lights are not on...

Don't want to confuse rehab with long-term care. PT/OT are great. Long-term care, not so much. Staff says what you want to hear in care meetings, but there is little follow-through. Wish we could...
