I spent over $5000 on Sure-Dry's 'solution' to water in my basement, only to find out this spring that the solution they recommended was only part of the fix.

After 3 months they decided the could not do our job because it was "too wet"! Isn't that what they do? What a waste of time. Very disappointing..

After Sure-Dry repairs: flooding and ice hazards. Water pooling on patio. Repair patches have discoloration and plant outgrowth.
