Supreme Health & Fitness

Supreme Health & Fitness provides health, exercise and physical fitness programs and services. It operates a more than 7000-square-foot fitness center equipped with over 100 units of cardiovascular equipment, circuit training stations and weights. The club has several racquetball championship courts and conducts clinics, lessons, tournaments, leagues and a variety of racquetball programs. Supreme Health & Fitness houses a lap pool for adult lap swimming and water fitness sports. The club provides a free playroom child care facility for children of all ages. Its fitness staff provides workout programs, including fitness evaluation, body composition assessment, training equipment orientation, as well as cardiovascular and resistance training program design. The club offers aqua, BodyPUMP, kick box, Pilates, spinning, step, fitness interval training, yoga and Zumba exercise classes. It also offers various amenities, such as saunas, whirlpools, hex tanning booths and TV screen entertainment systems.
