SUP the Rapids

History

SUP the Rapids LLC was started with the idea of creating a way for residents and visitors to enjoy the water in the Wisconsin Rapids area. I am a lifelong resident of Wisconsin Rapids and have put on many miles either walking or running around all the lakes and rivers. SUP is an active way to be on the water and yet is easier on the joints than running. I am a teacher during the school year so a SUP business in the summer seemed like a natural fit for my lifestyle, schedule and the natural resources that surround us.

This is a full service SUP rental, lesson, tour and delivery business. We rent by the hour, day and week. SUP the Rapids LLC is a Stand Up Paddle board rental business in the Wisconsin Rapids area. In Central Wisconsin we are fortunate to have access to many lakes and different sections of the WIsconsin River. We provide lessons, tours and equipment rental. The business is mobile and we deliver the paddleboards to The Lakes in Rome, Nepco Lake and Lake Wazeecha and more, just call. The Wisconsin Rapids section of the Wisconsin River is truly a beautiful area to SUP on. There are bridges and islands to paddle around. While SUPing on Wisconsin Section of the river you will learn the intriguing history of how two towns merged to become one. Just about anyone can SUP, the young and the young at heart. A SUP experience can be catered to your needs. It can be a casual sightseeing paddle or an intense workout. You can SUP with your extended family, friends or someone special for date night.
