Not sure what was going on inside the coffee shop today but the line was long and the orders took forever. I think my whole experience was over 30 minutes. It was a bit strange today.

Horrible customer service. Doing all mobile orders while there's 20 people standing in store waiting for their drinks. Seems like the in-store customers standing in front of them should be taken...
