St. Joseph's Home, located in Kenosha, Wis., is a more than 10-acre park-like facility that offers senior day care and retirement apartments for elderly citizens. The home provides a visiting area and the grounds feature a chapel that offers daily mass and a chaplain in residence. The facility s skilled staff is available for a range of needs, such as physical therapy and wellness programs. St. Joseph s Home also offers a number of sitting areas and outdoor picnic areas. It houses a large-screen television area, activities room, dining area and other amenities. The home is one among the few facilities offering pet therapy for residents. It features a songbird display and also keeps pet dogs.
