Midwest Physical Therapy, Inc. is privately owned by a Physical Therapist and is proud to be serving Spring Valley, WI. Over the years we have expanded our services to include Chiropractic Care, Occupational and Speech Therapy, as well as a fitness center.We are committed to providing the best therapy experience with the highest level of care for optimal results. Spring Valley Home Health Services provides in-home health, personal, cleaning and assistive services for elderly and disabled persons. It is operated by the Spring Valley Health Care Center, a nonprofit, municipally owned skilled nursing facility. The health care center is a Medicaid- and Medicare-certified facility that provides rehabilitative, respite, short-term and home care services. Its rehabilitative services include physical, occupational and speech therapies. The center s activities department develops activity programs based on individual needs and preferences. The activities include dances with live music, birthday parties, weekly Bingo games, movies, book reviews, fishing trips, shopping, sight seeing and restaurant visits. Spring Valley Health Care Center is licensed by the Wisconsin Department of Health and Family Services.
