my tech gets 5 stars hands down it is the company (spectrum) and the new zumo hardware that gets the 2 stars. i got 2 new zumo cable boxes. on one tv i use a bose surround sound speaker system...

Please do not go here! no one including the maanger knows what they are doing!so many mistakes were made at this location by staff. if something you need can be done over phone support please do so!

Their prices are too high for the service provided. When I asked for a different lower plan the retention department wouldn't offer it. I assume they didn't believe I would cancel service.

They put trackers on your devices! terrible service paid for 1g and I was getting 100mbs half of the time and they refuse to refund me for this. they lie and only want your money! plus there...
