8780 State Highway 70 W
Saint Germain, WI 54558
Sister’s Saloon is one of Saint Germain’s oldest establishments, offering some of the best food and drinks around! This business began life as the Peacock Lodge in 1922! The owner, Cherie “Cher Bear” Anderson is a Northwoods Native. She grew up in the Sayner/St Germain area. The reason the business is called “Sister’s Saloon” is that originally she and one of her sisters had purchased the bar together. However after four years, Cher Bear bought that sister out and has continued as the sole owner and operator. (NO!!! – never at any point in time was this bar ever called “Two Sisters Saloon” -LOL) The Kitchen is leased and operated by Chef Evan Fanning & Family. Evan is a native of Wisconsin’s Northwoods. He took culinary classes at Nicolet College. He spent time as a Sous Chef at Juliette Kitchen & Bar in Newport Beach, California. Chef Evan’s menu will amaze you with a line up of food you will never expect to find at a typical “Northwoods Bar”.

Do not come here if you want prompt service. We had a 6:30 reservation, but our main course was not served until 8:30. No relish tray or bread comes with entrees, but you do get soup or salad....
