History

I'm Cari Terry and I am here to help you become the best version of you through yoga and meditation. In 2011, twelve years after discovering yoga, my journey led me to begin teaching. My students range in age from toddlers to senior citizens. Teaching yoga is a true blessing in my life.

Specialties

Vinyasa flow style hatha yoga is my specialty. I teach beginner to advanced students as well as toddlers to adults.
