The companys founder and CEO, Milo Pinkerton, is an architect by trade and founded MSP Real Estate the parent company of Heritage Senior Living in 1988. MSP has since been focused on developing, constructing and managing high-quality properties in strategic markets.After ten successful developments, Milo began to see the growing need for high-quality senior housing.
