The new system for check out is horrendous. I was there on Thursday at 1:30 and over 30 people in line to check out. I waited 10 minutes to self checkout. Can't get hard copy kohl's cash any...

I like Kohl's. Seems like society has given up on the old fashioned department store in favor of WalMart, but you can get good deals on high quality merchandise in a clean, uncluttered setting.
