Gaston School Gallery opened January 2010 and SchoolGrounds Cafe was added September 2012.

Nope, we didn't invent the coffee house. What we did do is invent an experience for those looking for just a little more. Those who'd like to find the fuel and inspiration to pursue their passions, both personal and professional. The ingredients are simple, but robust. We started with an idea: a vintage school house location nestled right off I-94, just east of Madison in Cottage Grove, WI. Perfect, right? And here's the best part: we stirred it into a fine blend of coffee, food, art, music and conversation, with a dollop of outstanding service. Giving it a compelling uniqueness you simply won't find anywhere else. Our coffee is served with the pride of knowing we offer consistently excellent quality and flavor through expert blending and roasting beyond anything outside of Seattle.
