Hello, I am Charles Miller, a board-certified family physician with Ascension Medical Group. I provide compassionate care to patients of all ages. I specialize in providing preventive and osteopathic manipulative medicine, and managing chronic diseases, such as diabetes and hypertension. As a retired certified athletic trainer, I also have a special interest in sports medicine. My goal is to develop a trusting relationship with patients and their families while helping to facilitate a healthy lifestyle. Outside of the office I enjoy spending time with family, camping and sporting activities

Hello, I'm Wes R. Meyer, OD, an optometrist with Ascension Medical Group. I provide comprehensive optometric care to men, women and children who are 2 years old and older. In addition to prescribing contact lenses and glasses, I diagnose, treat and manage acute and chronic ocular disease. I have a special interest in all areas of eye health. My goal is to provide complete eye care to people in the northern Fox Valley area by working closely with the eye surgeons at Affinity Medical Group. I strive to provide the most appropriate and practical optometric care for my patients. When I?m not in the office, I enjoy fishing for walleyes and muskies in Canada with my son, shooting sports, golfing and bowling.
