History

We aren't big on props. We don't use elaborate lighting set-ups. Our goal is to document life and love as-is. We take a journalistic approach to photography so we can document personalities, businesses and events in their truest form. When you work with us, you can expect to feel like you are working with a friend. We do our best to make you feel at ease so we can capture the best laughs, smiles and moments of your life. Ruthie will be your main photographer unless otherwise booked on your date. If Ruthie is unavailable on your date, you will have the opportunity to work with our Associate Photographer, Lauren M. Anderson, or another one of our award-winning photojournalist friends. All associate and assistant photographers' styles and goals are in-line with Ruthie's philosophy on natural photography and down-to-earth relationships.
