Our dog was attending Ruffin it for about a month, 3x a week. He passed his trial days and it seemed like everything was going well at the start. The last few times we took him to be dropped off...

Very unprofessional and overpriced. Don't waste your time here. Even if you manage to get a reservation, they will make up an illness your dog has as a reason to deny service.

The first time I took Skipper to Ruffin' It it was like dropping off a shy scared kid at Kindergarten. He did not want to leave my side. The second time he went he tried to jump out the car...

Staff is friendly, accommodating, and they go above and beyond to be helpful. My dogs love boarding here or the occasional day spent at daycare.
