I was waiting in line and I get to the register and this scrawny kid (young white male) turned around and pretended to touch things so he could ignore the fact that I was waiting at his register....

Not enough employees to organize the racks and clothes, also there're less products than some of other Ross stores but the checkout is usually efficient.

Disappointed. Empty shelves, clothing racks a jumble of single items. Does this store ever get multiples of any clothing items? Reminded me of a cleaner version of a second hand thrift store....
