Rose garden is a solid choice of places to eat in Watertown . It always exceeds my expectations. Really good breakfast and really Good Friday fish fry too. Prices can't be beat either.

Awful food and terrible service. Fish was raw! No refunds had to pay full price. Who would waste their money on a place like this.

Wonderful service, very clean. Food was awesome. I never would have ordered enchilada soup on my own, but the waitress recommended it and it was excellent as was everything else.
