The ROBBINS & LLOYD CAREER TRAINING INSTITUTE has educated real estate professionals in Wisconsin since its establishment in 1968. Licensed by the State of Wisconsin Department of Regulation and Licensing and the Office of the Commissioner of Insurance, the Institute's educational courses, where required, and instructors have also been approved by the State of Wisconsin Educational Approval Board. The Institute prepares individuals to write the examinations given to prospective real estate salespersons and brokers, licensed appraisers, and insurance agents by the testing service for the State of Wisconsin. Additional programming geared to professional growth, real estate and insurance continuing education, and courses for appraisers and mortgage loan officers are also offered by the Institute. The real estate sales and broker courses run continuously throughout the year and a student may begin at any time. Real estate, insurance, and appraisal continuing education is offered periodically with more classes available as the license renewal deadline approaches. Appraisal pre-licensing education and the mortgage loan officer course are offered twice each year call the Institute for class dates and enrollment information. Robbins & Lloyd is also a member of Realty U, a national corporate consortium of major real estate schools across the country.
