Fresh Start Counseling Center, Inc Was incorporated in February 2003, initially providing mental health services to adults and children. Later, Fresh Start was licensed as a child placing agency by the State of Wisconsin providing services to Bureau of Milwaukee Child Welfare and WrapAround Milwaukee Children and Families. Today we sponsor three group homes in in Milwaukee WI, providing care and supervision to girls 13-18 years of age and a full-service therapeutic foster care agency.

Kenosha Human Development Service provides social services and counseling for families, adolescents and homeless people. The organization offers a wide range of services and programs, such as shelters for adolescents and homeless patients with mental disorders and specialized foster care services for children. It also provides counseling to adults and juveniles suffering from mental disorders and substance abuse. It also conducts support programs and provides assistance, referrals and resources for families with children suffering from developmental disabilities. The organization operates several temporary, transitional and permanent homes and shelters. Kenosha Human Development Service was established in 1973 and is located in Kenosha, Wis.
