The Mala Strana Health Care Center provides skilled nursing services to its residents. The center offers specialized services for people who are physically and emotionally challenged as well as those with disabilities. It provides a spectrum of health care services related to general health care, rehabilitation, and assisted and independent living. The Mala Strana Health Care Center offers physical, occupational, speech and respite therapies, personal and postacute care, restorative nursing and pain management, and social and spiritual services. In addition, the center provides Medicaid assistance, skilled care, physician's assistants visits, and housekeeping and laundry services. It is located in New Prague, Minn.

We offer a safe and nurturing environment for people that may display more frequent behaviors due to dementia and need staff trained to provide a more personalized level of care. At The Bluffs, we also offer a unique care model called Behavioral Health Integration (BHI). Our goal is to provide residents with dementia a comprehensive care plan that integrates with a collaborative team of experts that play a role in their well- being and success.
