Pulse Personal Training opened in 2009 in the city of Cedarburg. In 2018 the location was changed to the town of Cedarburg.

Since opening our doors in 2009, we have been empowering the Cedarburg community to become healthier versions of themselves through exercise, nutrition, and coaching. With nearly two decades of personal training experience, Holly, our founder, opened our studio with the mission of creating a judgment-free space while promoting self-love through our services. With our personal and group training, we'll improve and empower your body, mind, and spirit. Through our nutrition and wellness consultations, we'll help you get in tune with yourself and the world that you live in so that you may feel more nourished. At our studio, we'll always be by your side and cheering you on during your journey to health and wellness.
