The company doesn't have a reliable appraisal & appraisal fee is too much. JRH Appraisals designated a person to took pictures, his reports rely on pictures. He appraise our property way too low.....

This business is horrible. They call non-stop. We asked them every time they called to stop calling and they still called. They called 4 times in a 5 minutes span one evening.
