History

This business was started at a time when new blades were costing $25 each. Some companies had resharpening services but many left a poor to unusable runout after resharpening. Our resharpening process was unique to all others with the bearing left in the blade, being used as a centering mandrel to true up bad TIR and give a clean even cutting edge to the full circumference of the blade. We believe strongly in recycling which allows for more than five resharpenings for the price of one new blade.

Specialties

We specialize in resharpening RD Scorer blades. We can guarantee a +/- 1/2 thousandths runout due to regrinding/trueing with the bearing left in the blade during the sharpening process. This allows for an even cutting depth and extended blade life.
