Never accepts new clients and charges $50.00 for a pedicure so expensive. Nice enough I guess. Door is locked when customer is receiving treatment

It says it's open everywhere, Online and at the place but no one was there. lights were on. Door was locked and no one answered their phone. I guess they don't want business.
