i had an appointment at 11:40 and they called me 10 minutes early and i missed the call. then when i called them back at 11:45 i was told that they couldn't do my appointment anymore for that day....

Service was awful phone calls are too long was sitting in waiting room for three hours when told it was only going to take an hour I felt very judged and disrespected
