I had a relatively minor problem with this grocer and the first girl said " if you don't like the way, we do things here you don't need to shop here,!" Rather than apologizing for their mistake....

There are multiple cashiers who love to have side bar conversations and not say a word to the customer. The amount profanity that's shared between them is ridiculous. Zero professionalism.
