Food was good, but they did not properly package my food. No napkins, forgot my soup. They did immediately fix it and the staff was very nice about it, but more of an fyi to check your order...

Panera is honestly a hit or miss for me every time. This visit was a hit! With the chillier weather rolling in, I was craving their soup and sammie "you-pick-two" combo so I decided to stop in....

I think I have made my last Panera visit. A once proud franchise is now nothing but heat and eat prepared food. Today it was cold Mac and cheese and stale bread. What a shame.
