Unprepared, under stocked. No chips, no bread bowls. No mozzarella. The list goes on... Undertrained staff that are unfortunately in over their heads. Long Wait times, people just leaving. No one...

This new Panera is fantastic. As with any new restaurant, they have some stocking issues, but the manager Allie is so responsive and friendly. Always makes it right. Nice job Allie and Panera!
