Oneida

The Oneida Nation, originally from upstate New York, has established a rich cultural and political presence in Wisconsin following the Treaty of 1838, which created the 65,400-acre Oneida Indian Reservation. Governed by a constitution adopted in 1936, the Nation is committed to preserving its traditions while offering a range of programs and resources for its citizens, totaling approximately 17,000 worldwide.
