Onalaska Care Center

Established in 1974, the Onalaska Care Center is a Medicare-certified 108-bed health care facility that offers a range of skilled nursing and rehabilitative services for senior citizens and people with mental and physical disabilities. It provides clinical care and rehabilitation programs. The Onalaska Care Center offers medical appointment scheduling, pastoral care and religious services. It conducts weekend recreational therapy sessions, as well as educational and social activities, such as table games, parties, special events, socials meals, and reading and exercise groups. The facility is a member of the Wisconsin Association of Homes and Services for the Aging. The Onalaska Care Center is located in Onalaska, Wis., and is a part of Bethany St. Joseph Corporation, which is a nonprofit organization that owns and manages a variety of health care and housing facilities.
