Northside Elementary School

Monroe Middle School is a coeducational school that provides academic classes to more than 600 students. The school operates through several departments, such as agriculture, art, band, business, chorus, clubs, English, family and consumer science, guidance, math, and gifted talented and enrichment resource program. The school s departments also include physical education, science, social studies, special education, sports, study skills and technical education. It also provides instruction in French, German and Spanish languages. Monroe Middle School provides a wide range of athletic activities, such as football, cross country, baseball, volleyball, basketball, cheerleading, and track and field. The middle school is affiliated with the School District of Monroe and is located in Monroe, Wis.

Monroe High School offers education to students in grades nine through 12. The school offers a variety of subjects, such as English, speech, communications, mathematics, science, social studies and physical education. It is a part of the School District of Monroe. The district includes six schools serving more than 2,500 elementary, middle and high school students. Monroe High School provides various technology classes, including drafting, photography, forensics, art basics and theatre. It offers classes in automotive technology, woods manufacturing processes, advanced woods manufacturing, construction trades and business capstone. The school provides various sports, including hockey, volleyball, football, soccer and swimming to students. It is located in Monroe, Wis.

Based in Monroe, Wis., Black Hawk Technical College offers a selection of full associate degrees, one year diploma courses and short term certificates as well as all general education core courses. The college features four computer laboratories, a distance learning laboratory, general classrooms as well as nursing, nursing assistant, phlebotomy and science laboratories. In addition, its learning center provides General Educational Development (GED) and High School Equivalency Diploma (HSED) courses, college preparatory courses and GED/HSED testing services.
