Melanie Shales is a certified physician assistant in family medicine. She obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin in La Crosse, WI and earned her master's in physician assistant studies from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine in North Chicago, IL. Shales is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Wisconsin Academy of Physician Assistants. In her free time, Melanie enjoys cooking, reading, hiking, biking, and camping.

Ilias Oikonomopoulos is board certified in rheumatology and in internal medicine and is seeing patients at SSM Health Dean Medical Group at 1821 S. Stoughton Road in Madison, WI. Dr. Oikonomopoulos earned his medical degree from the University of Pecs Medical School in Pecs, Hungary and completed his internship and residency in internal medicine at St. Mary's Health Center in St. Louis, MO. Dr. Oikonomopoulos went on to complete his fellowship in rheumatology at the University of South Florida Morsani College in Tampa, FL. Dr. Oikonomopoulos' practice is focused on psoriatic arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoporosis, gout, and system lupus erythematosus. He is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.

Sarah Block is an advanced practice nurse prescriber in obstetrics and gynecology. She obtained her undergraduate degree in nursing from Viterbo University-La Crosse and earned her doctor of nursing practice graduate degree from the University of Minnesota-Minneapolis. Block's practice is focused on women's and preventive health, menopause, sexual health, and prenatal education. Block is board certified as a women's health nurse practitioner by the National Certification Corporation. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and Nurse Practitioners of Women's Health. In her free time, Sarah enjoys the outdoors, running, biking skiing, boating, and hiking.
