HistoryFi Fitness Training Center made it's Grand Opening on June 1st, 2019. Fi Fitness Training Center was Founded by Jessie Roberts a former Marine who developed the Intense Circuit Exercise bootcamps that are ran over at Fi Fitness. Also known for the abbreviation of I.C.E. or as the members like to call it the I.C.E. House. Also being held in the Fi Fitness Training Center facility is Exist Krav Maga also founded by Jessie Roberts. Jessie and his son Drew Roberts are both Certified Krav Maga instructors under USKMA.
