repairs take forever to initiate and complete. no calls to update. loaner chair not appropriate for condition. loaner chair seatbelt fell off and headrest broke. voicemails not returned. had to...

the worst customer service ever, chronically, year after year, how do they stay in business? my disability is muscular dystrophy but my handicap is "national seating and mobility"
