Founded in 1897 and located in Lake Villa, Ill., Allendale Association is a private, nonprofit social service agency, serving children and adolescents with emotional and behavioral disabilities. The center offers various community-based programs, including an outpatient counseling center, foster care licensing, training and support, independent living and transition support, and mentoring services.
