Went to this shop with my daughter's 2 pairs of boots. The lady at the shop said she was very backed up and wouldn't have the shoes ready until Christmas or after the new year??!! So I will guess...

Totally unhelpful. I got the distinct feeling they did not want my business. If you want something repaired that you need on a daily business- don't even bother inquiring about their services....

Great shoe repair! It did take a while but it looks and feels great on the heel and it was cheap.

They handled a jacket zipper repair in 5 minutes after I walked in. Reasonable price ($8).
