I paid 50¢ for extra caramel in a frappe I ordered, sat in line for 10 minutes, and then was handed a frappe with no extra caramel that I was still charged for. I don't care about the money but...

Hot food, friendly staff and quick service. All the things you need during a 5 hour road trip. Condiments in the sack would have earned that 5th star.

Terrible terrible terrible service for the pickup. Waited over 30 minutes for a plain sundae!!! I really am furious. Don't go here if you don't want to wait for 30 minutes.

They are not very good to their employees or very understanding. Lots of people are going thru tough times right now in this economy so when you are paid $15 hr. You likely will need to find side...
