David A. Toivonen, MD, joined Hand to Shoulder Center of Wisconsin in 1995. He is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon with a Subspecialty Certification in Surgery of the Hand. He treats disorders of the upper extremity, including hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder injuries and conditions. Dr. Toivonen has a special interest in wrist arthroscopy and the orthopaedic treatment of wrist disorders. His practice philosophy is to provide his patients with the best possible outcome in hand to shoulder care while providing the patient with the understandings of their condition and the options available.
