The Masonic Service Association of North America is an organization committed to assisting Freemasonry, the nation, and the global community. Initially established to allow U.S. Freemasonry to support military personnel during the final stages of World War I, MSA was founded after the War Department chose to collaborate with a single agency rather than 49 separate Grand Lodges.

Since its inception in 1919, MSA has aimed to provide services to Grand Lodges that would be challenging to carry out individually. Over the years, MSA has evolved into a respected and trusted Masonic entity in North America, particularly renowned for its disaster relief efforts, swiftly aiding communities in times of crisis.

One of MSA's fundamental initiatives is the Hospital Visitation Program, dedicated to supporting military veterans. With around 180 Hospital Representatives and State Coordinators, along with numerous volunteers, MSA ensures ongoing care and assistance at VA Medical Centers and state veterans hospitals nationwide. Moreover, through its Masonic Information Center, MSA disseminates educational resources and publications to promote awareness and understanding of Freemasonry.
