Pilates and Yoga Studio. Jules is a Master Pilates instructor and Disciple of Lolita San Miguel, one of two people certified to teach Pilates by Joseph Pilates himself. Pilates is taught in a way that is kind and useful to the body. All yoga classes are taught in a gentle and wise manner.
