The theatres segment operates multiple screen motion picture theatres in Wisconsin, Illinois, Ohio and Minnesota and a family entertainment center in Wisconsin. The hotels and resorts segment owns, operates and manages full-service hotels and resorts in Wisconsin, Missouri and California and also operates a vacation ownership development in Wisconsin. The company operates nearly 200 limited-service facilities, more than 45 movie theatres, owns nearly 10 hotels and manages five hotels. Theatres typically account for nearly 40 percent of revenues while limited-service lodging accounts for more than 30 percent and hotels and resorts approximately 30 percent.
